I need an appointment, you know why cuz they don't have no people working there but yet there was 2 people sitting back with no one in their cubbies, and the person that's actually waiting on everybody cause this is no normal bank, something's really wrong there. I heard everything that she was talking about to the gentleman in front of me. How they closed his account, insufficient funds. They're not gonna be responsible for everything that has happened in his business account. Nothing private. What a dump and my father has an account. There and we're going tomorrow to close the account. And my father is in his 90s.
- BDBradley DJan 16, 20264.0Staff have always been pleasant. I’ve never had any issues here. The only downside is sometimes there may be a line of people inside and you have to wait a little while longer for service. Drive-thru tellers/ATM may be a quicker option if you’re impatient.

She didn’t know what she was doing and asking for all kinds of credentials even though he showed his license. Manager was asked to come three times and took her time coming and when she didn’t finally came after she was just sitting there doing nothing. If you want great service go to the one on Southfield Rd. Will be calling corporate to complain about the manner and the person who was at the teller. So Dix and Eureka don’t go there!
