- BDBradley DJan 16, 20264.0Staff have always been pleasant. I’ve never had any issues here. The only downside is sometimes there may be a line of people inside and you have to wait a little while longer for service. Drive-thru tellers/ATM may be a quicker option if you’re impatient.
- I_If it_was _realJan 10, 20261.0My husband just went here to cash his check and the worst cashier waited on him. She didn’t know what she was doing and asking for all kinds of credentials even though he showed his license. Manager was asked to come three times and took her time coming and when she didn’t finally came after she was just sitting there doing nothing. If you want great service go to the one on Southfield Rd. Will be calling corporate to complain about the manner and the person who was at the teller. So Dix and Eureka don’t go there!

I have been attempting to resolve the matter with their "acceleration" department but to no avail. If nothing is resolved in the next week I will be filing theft reports with the Southgate Police - The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS), through its Office of Banking at the state level and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency at the federal level. Do not deal with this bank. FYI - I have been a CPA since 1985 and will be telling all my clients to avoid PNC bank at all costs.
