  If I can give this Pnc bank a 0 I would . I have never in my life I felt so uncomfortable in a bank until today . The lady behind the counter is rude and give off mean girl vibes. . I have been with this bank for years and never meet nobody like her before. I WELL NEVER STEP BACK INTO THIS BANK AGAIN!!!

  Why have a drive thru line if you're not servicing it. I am just sitting in this line and it hasn't moved in 10 minutes. I'm not blaming the tellers. Its management.
