- AZAaron ZalewskiAug 16, 20255.0I just stopped in, at this location on Hall rd and Hayes (Shelby Twp). Nadia was the teller that assisted me. I just wanted to take a moment to say that she went above and beyond for me, and provided EXCELLENT customer service. This is the first time I had actually stopped into a PNC location. I had a bunch of coins I needed to deposit. I had most of them in rolls, but also had a bag of coins that I couldn’t put in rolls being it wouldn’t have been a full roll. I was a little confused on what to do, but Nadia made it “no big deal” and normally banks will not just take free change in a bag, but she did the deposit with the rolls of coins that I had, and then gave me cash for the change I had in the bag. This was about 15-20 minutes before they closed as well, and she could have easily told me “I’m sorry, but I cannot take those coins” and I would have understood, but she gave me a great experience, and good customer service is honestly VERY HARD to come by nowadays. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP NADIA!!!
