  Recently tried to pull out money for my disabled mother, and her card got stuck in their ATM. Their response was to say "We're supposed to shred it if it's not our bank." This is after having to bring her up with documentation to prove it's her. Thanks for nearly cost her rent, PNC!

  It was no surprise to see the poor review ratings for this PNC branch located at Hall Rd (M-59) & Hayes Rd. It was the slowest service I have ever encountered. It was not only slow, the line didn't even move one person. There were 3-4 people in front of me, and not a one of them advanced the entire time I was in line myself. The guy behind me started verbally complaining. I had to leave because my family was waiting in the car. The tellers had no sense of urgency. One teller seemed to count, and re-count the same checks over and over again. Another teller was pitching offers to a woman that spoke broken English, and seemed to have no interest in the product the teller was pitching; yet she kept going on about some senseless product. Very inappropriate time to be pitching a product when there has been a long-waiting line in the branch. There's a reason I don't frequent this branch. The poor service just promoted me not to return anytime soon...
