  Updated review… (while waiting in the drive thru line) I’ve actually considered quitting my job to avoid going to this bank! No matter how many people might be clocked in to work here, they always have ONE employee take care of ALL of the banks “in person” customers! The sooner our office drops this bank, the happier my life will be! (Little things, like a crappy bank can make the work day better or worse and this bank makes your day worse!!). I’m surprised this location has any good reviews and I then noticed the positive reviews were from years ago!!! The newer tellers at this location are very friendly and the low star rating is for the way PNC handles their branch staffing ONLY!! I don’t like the corporate side of this bank. They usually only have one teller that is actually waiting on customers. That teller seems to be expected to handle the drive thru members and also the ones in the lobby while they have one additional employee in the lobby area at the “podium of nothing” doing just that, NOTHING! You will always have to wait because of this. There are additional employees here in offices that can be seen from the lobby, without regular member interaction. I only have to visit this location because the office that I work at continues to do business here. If the owners knew how much time is wasted by us waiting to make deposits here, they would change banks!

  Both experiences here were fantastic, especially the over-the-phone service! As someone who is unfamiliar with the whole banking process, they helped me out tremendously and went out of their way! Michael and Kristy (? I believe.) really made the process much easier for me!

  Wonderful people. BUT lately the ATM has been down leaving me to drive to the other side of town it’s beginning to get ridiculous.
