When I finally got through to a representative on the phone recently, he was very unprofessional and seemed to be in too much of a hurry to help me, just wanted to end the call as quick as possible. I've never been treated so poorly by any Credit Union and I've belonged to several of them over the last 20 years. What happened to member service skills??
