Wont clear certified check in 7 days. Extended hold on check from Huntington...bs...pnc not a good bank for me

He assisted with depositing cash into my account and getting the cashiers check taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was skeptical of the service I would receive based on other reviews, but I didn’t experience any problems at all. I had a great experience and will definitely go back when I need help.

- WFWendy FoltzJul 17, 20231.0Poorly staffed. I attempted to cash a check (less than $100) at the drive thru and pressed the call button 3 times. I finally went inside and a man sitting at a table asked what I wanted to do. I told him what I was attempting to do and he said we only have 1 teller and she was waiting on a customer. I overheard two men (managers?) tell the customer that one teller was on vacation and another was out sick. I would think that maybe one of the managers might have offered to help me but I waited patiently for my turn. For future transactions I won't be going to this branch. Very poor customer service. Two thumbs down!!! :(
