- BHBeth HughesJul 24, 20251.0Go in here over a month ago to change my last name. Guy said I’m all set will be getting a new card with new last name and switching it on the account. Well it’s been well over a month I get my card with the same last name (not the new one) and go look into my banking guess what it’s still all in my maiden name ! What did the guy even do when I sat there and he supposedly changed everything on my account?! Now I gotta go back up there and go out of my way again for something I already did !
