- JRJackie RedwoodSep 12, 20251.0I came in for a replacement on my debit card, had my license they told me I needed a second form of ID I offered an expired license, the deed to my house, pay stubs all not good enough. I’ve never had to give more than my license. Flipping ridiculous! I have my SOC how more official is that and my license with my picture on it. What do they want a pint of blood?
- KVKendall VoltattorniJun 28, 20251.0This is the absolute WORST PNC Ive ever been to. I would give them no stars if I could. I came in with a check from work that I wanted to go towards a cashiers check, take out a little more money to cover my rent and transfer 100$ into another account. The teller has so many slips and was making so many mistakes I couldn't follow what she was doing to the point She was scribbling things out refilling it and having me initial it so it was ‘approved’ by me. I was so frustrated I asked for a manager to which she said ‘she was the manager’. I asked for another one just for someone to help her. She immediately gave me attitude. When the other women helped me in her office she got it down to two slips and explained what the teller was trying to do. I thought it was all sorted out. So we went to the counter to make the changes. I got my check I thought it was all good. The next day the 100$ I asked to be transferred wasn't in my account and my account showed that everything was over drawn (which pings an alert on my account). The way it was ‘handled’ and all the fuss for it to STILL not be what I asked for is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I was patient, and expressed how I was concerned and for me to be spoken to like Im an idiot and for them to STILL mess up is crazy. They are dealing with money here. They need to have more training, and be sure their workers are more competent. This wasn’t a difficult thing for them to do. Ill be going to a different branch from now on.
