  I would like this review to be seen as an A+ grade for Pashke Lluligjuraj (Pash). My husband passed away early in September this year. It has been a difficult time that required more than usual banking interactions. Pash has always shown genuine compassion, professionalism and never once made me feel less than for being emotionally or cloudy minded. In a world where true, sincere kindness is harder to find, Pash really is a shining example of it. She has made this transition in my life a bit easier and I am very grateful that she is always available. Flagstar Bank, in my opinion, is lucky to have her. Thank you. Patricia Flack

  Repeatedly fail to follow through on issues: 1. Their system was down and failed to process three different auto checks. They then tried to blame all three DIFFERENT merchants. Daniel promised to call me back same day and failed to do so. 2. Their ATM was not working properly and ate my atm card the night before thanksgiving. I called and no supervisor even called me back 3. I ordered a new card and it did not timely arrive. Again no follow up 4. Today I came in for a cashier’s check. First time I have ever requested one and Daniel charged me $8.00 and claimed there was “no way to waive the fee.” When I said other banks did not charge he admitted that he used to work for Chase and that there the fee could be waived. Poor customer service, lack of follow through and inability to waive fees other banks waive is how a bank loses customers Flagstar now claims they “want to learn more.” Funny how they repeatedly failed to respond until I posted publicly.

  this branch in oxford is the most helpful and courteous bank i have ever experienced. They went out of their way to assist me in some unique banking transactions spending over 2 hours with me I WILL give them my business

  Been banking with them for 16 years. Very friendly service! Never a long wait. Can always deposit and withdraw money with no problem. I love the ATM too. I give it a four star because I can never get a loan through them. I have an a+ credit score and run a very healthy size small business.

  We have had very good experiences with this local branch of Flagstar Bank. The staff is great. Alway friendly, helpful and will always offer i formation to help with financial questions or concerns. There have been mix ups with the Flagstar system and their computers (not the fault of local branch), so always ask questions. We had overpaid a loan, thankfully questioned the information of pay off and it was rectified. Thanks again to the local staff.
