- DNDianne NorthDec 21, 20232.0I am a PNC customer. Today, because the ATM machine was broken, I drove up to the bank window. There was no one in front of me or behind . It took 15 minutes of waiting to cash a check. If this hadn't happened the last time the ATM was unavailable I would put it down to their being busy. Both times I had to wait at the bank window for 15 minutes or more. Is this good customer service? NO!
