- RERyan EhardtJan 6, 20265.0Fernando runs this branch extremely well. Every time I come in he is always going out of his way to assist the customers with whatever they need. All the tellers are also extremely good at their jobs and very personable. PNC has been my go to bank for over a decade for a reason and this branch is no exception. I am not sure why their rating is as low as it is on Google but I would say that is not a fair representation of the service and attention to detail these guys and gals in Okemos perform day in and day out. 5 stars in my book.

- DRDale RichardAug 23, 20251.0Recently I've been having some issues with PNC as I realized the PNC credit card they talked me into getting is at 29.24% monthly interest and I'm paying a couple hundred dollars a month in interest. I tried to navigate a more reasonable interest rate and they tried to convince me that an almost 30% interest rate is completely normal. PNC has proven that all that matters to them is the all mighty dollar not the customer. After 18 years of being a customer with them I will be closing my account and pulling my money and going to a credit union. If you are considering opening an account with PNC I highly recommend you consider other options.

First, Julie — I’m not sure if she’s a teller or a banker — asked me to grab a pen and paper to write down the amount I wanted to withdraw while she was helping other customers. Then she questioned why I came to this branch for withdrawal today. Despite having my debit card, driver’s license, and account number, she asked me to write different signatures claiming that none of my signatures matched. Does anyone’s signature match perfectly every time? I hope they improve their customer service in near future.
