  Fernando runs this branch extremely well. Every time I come in he is always going out of his way to assist the customers with whatever they need. All the tellers are also extremely good at their jobs and very personable. PNC has been my go to bank for over a decade for a reason and this branch is no exception. I am not sure why their rating is as low as it is on Google but I would say that is not a fair representation of the service and attention to detail these guys and gals in Okemos perform day in and day out. 5 stars in my book.

  Today was my first time visiting this PNC branch as a client, and it was a disappointing experience. First, Julie — I’m not sure if she’s a teller or a banker — asked me to grab a pen and paper to write down the amount I wanted to withdraw while she was helping other customers. Then she questioned why I came to this branch for withdrawal today. Despite having my debit card, driver’s license, and account number, she asked me to write different signatures claiming that none of my signatures matched. Does anyone’s signature match perfectly every time? I hope they improve their customer service in near future.

  My friend has a lot of difficulty using the PNC on-line banking. The tellers are very friendly, but the computer banking is not good.

  I walked in just a few minutes before closing and both individuals working were SO kind and helpful. I needed to make a deposit and change my debit pin and both transactions were quick and done in a professional manner.
