  Thomas was SO helpful, and SO kind! He even called to follow up with me the next week to make sure I received my new card in the mail, and to see if there was anything else I needed help with. 10/10 experience. Will only go see him from now on :-)

  I have been a client of flagstar novi for about 7 months after banking w another institution for many many years i switched over to flagstar and the novi branch is closest to me i was intiteled to some perks due to the type of account i had i had not received what was promised so i dealt w julia the bank manager to resolve the issue she was on top of it immediately it was handled very quickly and she calledme back couple times i love this bank they truly care about there clients they want u to be happy i feel very important w this bank julia is amazing great custmer service i highly recommend this bank. As of 4-8-25 of course I'm still a customer I am so happy with this bank that I encouraged my elderly mother to come over to bank with flagstar we dealt with Lindsey as she is my only go to at the bank I will only see Lindsey everyone is nice and helpful but Lindsey goes above and beyond she spent hours with us getting my mother switched over she listens and helps with all concerns she's sweet and so knowledgeable I just adore her she made things so easy for me and my mom I love this bank and Lindsey is the icing on the cake. I felt so relieved after she helped us with what seemed such a stressful situation thank God for Lindsey excellent bank and excellent customer service.

  Horrible service. Atm only takes cards issued by their bank. And when you ask why they act like you're stupid.
