  Let’s keep the ATMs working dont waste are precious time by driving up there only to see that there not excepting deposits at this time. And funny how you and Livonia have the same issue on the same day

  PNC bank opened both a checking and savings account for me when no other bank or credit union would due to a negative entry in chek systems. Emilee and Agi were so welcoming and empathetic. Agi and PNC provided me with options and gave me a second chance and opened accounts for me. I'm so glad to be part of the PNC family. Thank you Emillee and Agi for your professionalism and your help!! 🥰

  I honestly would recommend this bank especially if you are African American. I went here to open a business bank account. Had all of my paperwork and Agi Sudo told me she would need an approval and it would take up to a week. I never knew who or what the approval was for but I didn’t question it because I thought those were the requirements for opening up a business bank account, so she told me she would call me when she has an answer on the approval. After doing research and talking to a family friend that referred me to PNC bank, I was told that I should’ve got my business bank account the same day. I was very furious and upset that the banker made it seem like those were the requirements for everybody. When Agi called me back after a week, she said she got an approval and I told her that I found out I should’ve got my business account the same day, she said her manager was not in and that’s who she had to get the approval from. But I expressed to her why wasn’t I told that when I came in? Because I could’ve just went somewhere else? She apologized. But in the end I feel like I was racially profiled. And I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I went through.
