- KSkrystal sikesApr 13, 20232.0I was doing a lease buyout and was going through the process of financing my car through PNC. Setting up the appointment and the appointment itself to sign my loan documents was great. Chase, who my lease was through, requested a specific document to be signed on the same day I was signing my new loan documents and needed it sent to them in order to release my Title. We did sign it that day as I remember I had to have my exact mileage written on the document. It has now been over a month since I signed for my new loan. Chase keeps asking for the document because they didn’t receive it. When I call the PNC number that isn’t a branch they say the underwriters don’t have it in their file. I have called the branch multiple times and am told the branch manager is busy but will call me back, however I never receive a call. I finally received the loan package in the mail and I have a copy of the document to send in myself…. But not a single person called to let me know the copy would be sent to me or that they even found it… and why wouldn’t they just send it to chase themselves? I am usually a very understanding and easy-going person, but this really set the tone as a first time PNC customer and now I know they are not for me. Once my loan is paid off, I’m out.
