  I use this bank's outside atm frequently. My card got stuck in their outside atm and when I went in to try and get it taken out immediately after it happened, they said they can't help me because I dont bank there and any card that gets stuck in their atm that isnt from PNC Bank needs to get destroyed. EVEN THOUGH IM STANDING RIGHT THERE AFTER IT JUST HAPPENED. Not to mention I have my ID to prove it's me. Their Loomis driver was also IN the building, which is who unlocks their atm (so I was told). I'm from out of state, here for work. There's no way for me to access my funds now.

  Terrible bank. No matter what your reasoning even for false charges they will just milk your account with overdraft fees even though the charges you had on the account were false. Don't go through these guys save your money
