- AGAllie GApr 1, 20261.0Don't die and leave anyone as a "beneficiary" here. Grandparents have been dead since 2020 and 2021, and had the death certificates brought in at their respective dates. My mom was just trying to close the account, as she has cancer and may not be around too much longer. This bank will NOT let her do that. Has to bring all the things in AGAIN. Avoid this bank.
- JKJake KellyMar 13, 20262.0Tellers are very polite and helpful, unfortunately the managers and other office workers are completely useless. There are always 4 people standing around with their arms crossed while 1 or 2 tellers deal with 10 customers. Wait times at this bank are outrageous, I highly suggest using any other bank if you value your time.
- RRRickJan 22, 20261.0If 0 stars was an option. Customer service is ridiculous, treated like im a criminal. Deposited a retirement check from the State of WV and they flagged it fraudulent for no reason or no reason has ever been explained. Fraud Department is unknown due to fact tried calling it to resolve the issue numerous times and never been able to speak to anyone left numerous voice messages no return calls made had this branch escalate this inorder to resolve but yet no one has a number to call and speak with anyone , they say you have to wait another 24-48 hours then someone will call you. I was also told by a bank manager she doesn't have a number to their fraud Department. Really . Holding my deposit hostage and willing to offer absolute 0 help resolving this matter. O wait they say customers are of all importance. Yep they proved that
