- TSTonya SmithOct 25, 20253.0V PNC Bank is very efficient it's it's a clean it's quiet there is wheelchair accessible entrance the the there's wheelchair accessibility wheelchair parking plenty of parking let me see the tellers are friendly as fast and you get what you need to do in and out pretty quickly they have a drive-thru they accept checks credit cards debit cards that you can have a thing where you have like a cell banking kind of thing

The tellers in this particular bank on Monroe St don't know what they're talking about and will tell you just about anything so you'll go away. I've been trying to cash a check since last week and they first tell me they put a hold on the check because it's just over the limit and it'll be available Monday. Not available, go into the bank again now they say it'll be available Tuesday.. Come Wednesday it's still not available. Now they say they put an extra hold on it because it's a suspicious check.. from FIDELITY lol.. never had these issues with my old bank or even cash app. I should have just went to the liquor store. I'd have my money by now 🥴

I lost my ATM card a few months ago, the website said this branch was one that could print a new one for me. But they don't have anyone that could help me with that. Today I need to wire money to complete a mortgage refinance. And again, they don't have anyone that can help me with that. What exactly can they do?! I'm in the market for a new bank. 😒
