Will never bank with you guys again.

- KRKelly RodockerFeb 25, 20211.0PNC and their partnership with Midland Bank for commercial lending is horriable! While to advertise ease of doing business and helpful to real estate investors to pull equity out of their property, they hide much of the problematic details. In hide site I should have pulled the plug when I first experienced their demands to create separate LLCs for the properties we would be financing, mounds of paperwork, and their ongoing rental reporting. But I hung in there for 10 years after funding the loan. the real problems came when we decided to sale the properties and payoff the loan. First understand their penalties / early payments (before you close the loan). Depending on the size of you loan (ours was initially about $400k) this will cost you 10s of thousands of dollars. Additionally, they charge you an Adminstrative fee to get a property released, they charge you to get the payoff balance of your loan. Then once you pay your fees and get a property released it takes them weeks filing the releases with the respective county and state entities. This caused our closings to stall. In short, I think there are better commercial lending institutions and I recommend you give them a try and vet them out as an alternative to PNC / Midland
