- CICaptain IntrigueAug 20, 20251.0Flagstar is a horrible bank and this branch is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I went in to withdraw some cash for an upcoming international trip. When exchanging cash internationally they will only accept new undamaged bills so i requested new undamaged bills from the teller Kaylea. She told me she didn’t have time to do that because it takes too long to inspect the bills while counting them out. I insisted it would only take a few minutes. I was literally the only customer in the bank for the entire time i was in there! I was furious so i told her i wanted to close my 3 accounts which we did. It took about 20 minutes to close out all 3 accounts and yet it would have taken her only a few minutes to carefully hand me the cash i originally requested. Terrible bank! I closed both business accounts and my savings account.
