  Thank you Nathan for everything you did for me on Christmas Eve! He did everything he could to get a hold on my check released emailing that department after being on hold for over an hour. This made us able to celebrate the holidays! You truly are a Christmas miracle! I appreciate your kindness and help getting this done on Christmas Eve! Happy holidays Nathan and PNC I appreciate you.

  Dont bank here. Have a mortgage thru them but not a bank account. I am a summer resident and don't have a bank account in michigan. I had a $50 check I wanted to put towards my mortgage and they wouldn't let me. I asked if I could open a savings, deposit it and then close account. He said they don't deposit checks from somewhere else for a year. I went to other banks in the area and they couldn't believe that they wouldn't let me put it towards my mortgage.

  The service in PNC bank Manistee Branch is outstanding. Everyone is super nice, polite, easy and willing to help you and their actual office makes you feel welcome. Keep it up!
