Pnc has failed on numerous levels and the local branch has failed to make it right. Pnc has now lost members of 20 years because of a $100 dispute. How you treat people is everything and the inability to see the larger picture shows terrible business practices.

I needed help with an account involving my father who is 83 and fighting Parkinson's Disease. Kasi helped us so much. She went way beyond normal customer service to accommodate us, so we could accomplish our goal. When we left the bank my dad was not doing very well. She actually called a little while later to make sure he was ok. She was very concerned about him. I just can't thank her enough for all the help and concern.
