- TRTitus RJul 31, 20251.0Extremely Unprofessional and Rude – 10+ Years of History Ignored For over a decade, we’ve been depositing monthly mortgage checks—over 120 of them into the same account as part of a land contract agreement. The account was set up so that the recipient’s signature was never required for deposits, and it’s never been an issue… until now. This time, we were suddenly told the check couldn’t be accepted because it wasn’t signed—despite over 10 years of deposits being handled exactly the same way without any problems. Instead of clearly explaining the change or taking accountability, the staff including the manager was rude, dismissive, and offered no apology for the confusion or for their own inconsistency. If the policy changed, fine but communicate that respectfully. Don’t treat people like they’re the problem when it’s your own process that has changed without notice. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointed in the staff's competence.
