It's like PNC's new advertising slogan says. It's just boring. Nothing spectacular, but the staff is pleasant, cooperative, and we've had no problems whatsoever. **yawn** 🥱
- LGLuke GarrisonAug 21, 20251.0I've been a PNC customer for awhile and am generally happy with them, but this particular branch is very mismanaged. As part of my job I routinely deposit and cash checks to a business account and this is the closest branch. Once, they cashed a 3rd party check against my personal account, which is in no way tied to my employer's account. I happened to look at my transaction history the following week and brought it to the branch's attention and it got corrected. But had I not noticed it I would have been out that money because of their error. And on three separate occasions I have deposited checks and they have returned them to me and said those numbers have already been used . Then the next day I've come and they've gone through with no problem. 3 separate times. They literally just did the same thing to me today in the Drive-Thru and I sent it back before leaving and made her rerun it again. Initially she was a little difficult about it and I had to be a little bit of a jerk, but then she realized the error they're making on their end and cashed the check. PNC overall is fine, but if you do in person banking you should avoid this branch.
