They are seriously understaffed at every location and you end up waiting at least 15 minutes to get any kind of transaction done no matter if it's inside or outside. I was at the Lincoln Park location today and I seriously waited 25 minutes to get to the point where I pulled up to do my transaction at the drive-thru. The guy comes on the screen and says, "What can I do for you?" That was unprofessional in the first place but regardless, I said there are no deposit slips here in the container. He said let me send some out for you. He sends me one slip. Ok, fine, I fill it out and send it back. He comes back on and says I'll have this right out for you I said okay! He sends the container back out and says, "You're all set thank you." I said you know you guys need to do better with this drive-thru. I said this is insane having to wait 25 minutes for two cars in front of me to get a simple transaction done. He says, "Yep!!" and turns the screen off. Nice PNC! Nice customer service! You just lost another customer! Do better!
