  Excellent service! We have been going to see Shelene for quite a few years. Shelene is very knowledgeable. We will continue to have Shelene do our taxes when we move out of state.

  Great place, friendly and professional. I was super anxious going in, as I’ve always done my own taxes. I worked with Jamie and she handled all my needs quickly and accurately, as well as offered me tips for next year! Pricing was more than appropriate. Have recommended to all my friends, and will be back next year!

  Very warm and professional, however they were unable to satisfactorily justify my education credits to the IRS. I am still being hounded by CP2000s from the IRS, saying I owe $614 because of the way I (Riley's) claimed my education credits. I have responded and provided evidence of tuition payment to the IRS (following Riley's over-the-phone advice to simply submit my account statements), and am now doing so again, but do not feel optimistic. Riley's did their due diligence using my 1098T, but apparently the government has upped its evidence requirements. Every time I called Riley's they didn't have any further guidance or facilitation to offer, apart from saying that my account statements "should" be enough. I'm now fumbling through this on my own, almost a year later. This has been exasperating, i.e. exactly what I was trying to avoid by investing in tax-prep service.
