- SHShaina HornSep 4, 20251.0I never leave reviews but this bank is the rudest most unwelcoming bank I have ever experienced.They profiled and discriminated against me when I was trying to open an account without even running my name or anything they mad untrue assumptions about me and I am mortified to have experienced this disgusting display of customer service not only that but one of the bankers was making terrible faces at me when I was speaking to the management after the manager agreed to open the account. In the end I declined to open the account due to the horrible experience
