No, your bank WON'T notarize a document as a customer at this location! I will call PNC customer service to verify this "internal bank policy" with false advertising to us clients. The manager and all staff seem to prevent all bank employees who are notaries from notarizing any non-PNC bank prepared document while on the job. They even took the document (which is simply a another banks title conversion form to get into a Trust name) and read all the pages...when the purpose of notary acknowledgement is simply verifying the person before them is the person they say it is while signing. Perhaps it is related to liability and risk management? Maybe I will now just take my business elsewhere AND the company AND all family member accounts. IF you won't notarize all documents presented to you, then don't offer the service at all.....hum.

This is less a review of this particular branch and moreso one of the PNC Institution as a whole. My wife and I have worked extremely hard to correct some of our credit card debt, of which a PNC credit card was a contributing factor, it happens. She had initially been approved for a 2000 dollar credit limit, and after years of paying on time it was increased to 3000 dollars. Over the last few months of diligent payments and extra payments with any money we could find we managed to get down to 30 percent of the limit, perfect right?
No PNC decided to reward us with a punishment, lowering her available credit to 1700, lower than originally given, even with her higher overall credit score. Taking our hard earned 30 percent ratio to a hair under 60 percent, affecting our credit scores in a negative way. I am beyond irritated and disgusted with this business practice, only to be told its automatically reviewed by a computer and we don't get to find out about it unless we call or constantly monitor a card we have been using for small things, like gas, while we work on our other cards. It's shady, and from a bank that's not something you want to see.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this institution.
