- SRSteve RaglaJul 14, 20251.0I've been a PNC customer since they bought National City Bank. I usually go to the Battle Creek location but happened to be in kalamazoo last Thursday. I went in to the gull road location to do what I thought would be a simple transaction. I explained to the person who was assigned to help me what I wanted to do. He asked me not once, not twice but 3 times what I wanted to do. After the 3rd time, I got my ID and card back from him and said we're done. This morning I went to the battle creek location and was in and ut out in 5 minutes. Do better gull road branch or close the doors.

- WSWill SipeJun 15, 20221.0The new management there is horrible. I miss the old crew that used to work there everybody knew your name and very polite. The managers just sit in their office with the door shut and if you have a question You have to make an appointment.
