  Doesn’t even have a branch manager currently to address customer issues. How embarrassing. Transfers you to a useless customer service line that’s difficult to understand. Online banking is non existent unless you sign up in office— you cannot do it yourself leading to difficult account management. Got locked out of voice banking and they told me they didn’t know why… hilarious they cannot even give me a reason. Then they couldn’t fix it for days resulting in an overdraft I tried to fix by sending money to the account, still got charged overdraft fees because I had no way to see my account after days of trying to access and fix. This is absolutely the WORST bank I have ever had. Back to Huntington. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC.

  After a very long Time I got to say this was a great Service at this Bank , someone there (Sara from Alabama)new employee I guess .She went above an beyond to help me on my little account problem .Thank you Sara!

  Manager and Shelly are extremely nice -- that being said -- after watching what they did to Mum's Holiday account. She opened an account with a large sum of money for Christmas just to make it easier to track. I help her check on Amazon stuff and keep track of her deliveries. In less than 45 Days they have suspended her account numerous times claiming fraud time after time when she orders online. Today, I went with her as support to let them know Amazon messed up deliveries, they owe her money and she disputed the transactions only to watch her come to tears as they accuse me of coaching her because I showed her how to dispute, just simple stuff. She is fine (in her 50s, healthy). I have my own money, everything... and they basically attacked her in a private room. I felt terrible for her. I told her just remove her money, take the loss and I will pay for any losses. I bank with Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, Bank of America, and have an old account with Capital One. NEVER have they locked my account or suspended after buying three things or accused me of fraud or not supported me in getting money back. My Mum was so upset -- DO NOT BANK HERE. PLEASE! I SWEAR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

  Not sure why those other people had problems with the manager. Anytime I’ve had a question, he’s been pleasant to deal with. Everyone in the branch is friendly and courteous. I’ve banked with PNC for many years and have never had a problem.
