- HCHannah CreechJan 28, 20261.0Doesn’t even have a branch manager currently to address customer issues. How embarrassing. Transfers you to a useless customer service line that’s difficult to understand. Online banking is non existent unless you sign up in office— you cannot do it yourself leading to difficult account management. Got locked out of voice banking and they told me they didn’t know why… hilarious they cannot even give me a reason. Then they couldn’t fix it for days resulting in an overdraft I tried to fix by sending money to the account, still got charged overdraft fees because I had no way to see my account after days of trying to access and fix. This is absolutely the WORST bank I have ever had. Back to Huntington. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC.

- BBBeckstyrJul 31, 20215.0Not sure why those other people had problems with the manager. Anytime I’ve had a question, he’s been pleasant to deal with. Everyone in the branch is friendly and courteous. I’ve banked with PNC for many years and have never had a problem.
