The first time the ATM did NOT give me my money and the whole damn system just froze. The second time the ATM kept my card, and when I went inside to get it on the next business day they were open. They told me they shredded it!!!!

Communication is poor, issues go unresolved, and it’s clear that customer needs are not a priority here. I expect my bank to treat my time, money, and trust with respect and this place has failed on all counts.

They don't charge me for added checks or lost card and everybody is on the same page. Meanwhile at PNC they freeze $100 for the weekend because I needed to get gas (that the pump declined and I had to use another card even though they already withdrew the $100)
