  The customer service at this branch is top notch. Every employee here is friendly and willing to help. Matt Richardson specifically has done a wonderful job helping me get setup for financial peace mind.

  Can't activate card. Use app they say - no option. Call activate #, too little time to enter card. Call Customer service - phone tree and routed back to activate #. Do they actually try things themselves?

  They were very nice and very helpful. Clean, tidy bank with workers who actually care and go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied.

  You might have to wait in line, but that's because they care... and thoughtfully attend to every person. It's a wonderful thing to be cared for as a person, not as a statistic! Keep up the good work, Thomas, and everyone else working at this branch who goes the extra mile to show care and respect to every customer.
