  I would not even give this location one star they are absolutely terrible/lazy/slow/don’t care attitude unprofessional. My family has a small business and opened a business account with PNC biggest mistake. This location should close or replace the entire staff bring someone how respect and appreciate the job. Every time my family member tried to make a transaction at this location it’s no less than 45 minutes. Four people were absolutely sitting around. Didn’t give a damn about the customers.horrible

  Waited 15 minutes before someone came to tell me that their notary is in a meeting and then taking lunch so I won’t be able to get my papers notarized today. It was 3:30PM and they close at 5PM. Seems convenient to take lunch at peak hours. Rude staff.

  Horrible customer service. Management is to busy lining their own pockets w sales bonuses to look after the customers best interests. Misleading information to boost sales. Even the regional manager is involved. Very dissatisfied w this company. Furthermore when I threatened to close my accounts I was told there would be a termination fee of $700. Drive the extra distance and pass this company right up.
