- BCBrian CalkinsApr 12, 20251.0PNC did not find the fraud happening to my account. When I found out I went to the bank and closed my accounts and opened new ones. The next day my paycheck is deposited and then I’m told my accounts are being closed due to fraud activity. REALLY? They couldn’t find it. I found it. Never had a negative balance. Only lost 30K+ and now they close my new accounts that I started with new the funds I had left and my check. Now I’m told it’s closed but there is a hold on all of my money They “can’t help me”. Wow can’t detect fraud but now that I did I’m again punished. Total Bullshit

However, I have to give this location 4 stars because for four weeks in a row (twice a year) this location will leave me multiple voicemails, and when I return their call, the person who left me the voicemails is not available. Come to find out, all they wanted was to schedule a meeting to go over my accounts with me. This is a way to go above and beyond, however, I think eight phone calls/voicemails a year is excessive when there is nothing wrong with my account.

Went to deposit some cash... waited, waited, and waited. Finally pushed the TV call button and teller came back with, "You don't need to push that, we're very busy in here right now." Sorry... my eyesight through brick is going!
