- DDDOct 23, 20251.0PNC is most likely the worst bank ever. I was told a replacement credit card was coming to the branch but it never arrived. I have tried to get one delivered and they have told me 3 times it was in the mail, gave me a tracking number that didn't exist but said it would be here. Called for the 6th time to find out it's never even been mailed. Closing all of my accounts as they are completley incompetent at all levels.

Just got it done made huge had to have my marriage license well guess what they never looked at it nothing all they seen was a fold white paper used my new name ID to get it done so what was the issue with using my ID to it before. Completely stupid wanted paper they never even looked at
