- WPWesley PMar 7, 20251.0Regarding Frankenmuth PNC location On Friday morning at 10 AM, the receptionist is seated in the lobby while the sole counter clerk is on the phone, addressing multiple customer banking issues. There are no other clerks available to assist with banking deposits. This situation has become routine at this location, leading me to move my banking to local credit union after being a customer here for the past 25 years.
- MMMattDec 5, 20241.0These people are unhelpful and charged me unnecessary fees on a deceased loved ones account. Adding insult to injury wouldn't work with me even though I signed no loan documents or paperwork. Only because I was POA on my mothers account they charged me after I told them to close both her checking and savings. Someone dropped the ball and I had to pay a months fees due to ignorance. Ironically it was a loan from PNC bank itself that my mother had that they tried to pull from her account when she had been passed for 2 months. Do yourself a favor and read comments from google and other sites and use another banking service.

We use banking services quite a bit and they go the extra mile for us every time. They get to know their clients on a personal level and I’m amazed how many people they can call by name. All the staff here are genuinely happy and interested in helping you any way they can. Super impressive and highly, highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!
