⚠️ Business Owners Beware:
Think twice before opening a business account with PNC. In my experience, they failed to support customers after fraudulent activity—refusing to conduct a thorough investigation and showing little concern for resolving the issue. To say the least, the scammers got away with stealing our money! Their customer service was unresponsive, and their pricing for small business services is remarkably high compared to alternatives like QuickBooks.
It’s disheartening to feel that a bank you trusted treats entrepreneurs as easy targets rather than valued partners. We deserve institutions that protect and empower us—not exploit us.

You can tell corporate is desperate for higher level accounts. Was harassed by phone and email for months to "come discuss my financial future" which is marketing speak for, "upgrade your accounts and pay us more fees"
I finally ghosted them for an appointment and they left me alone.
Thier atm is 3 days behind for inputs, 4 extra steps just to access your account, and the slowest one I've ever encountered this century. Definitely might be moving back to ElGA, even if they lie to get your business
