  Opened a bank and got alerted for fraud after 1 time using Apple Cash and I don’t have a physical card yet But they want me to order another card Refuses to unfreeze my account 0/10 I’m taking my money out and never using them again

  I’m a black male and I was a victim of racial profiling at this bank a few years ago and it still bother me. When I had came into the bank I told a lady I would like to open an account up here and she told me I would need a car title In order to do that. I was in shock and I never heard of that before. So I said really I had proceeded to walk toward the back where the bank teller was at and she yelled at me and said don’t walk towards them. I stood in shocked so I had walked out and called a number online for the bank and they told me all I need was a id and ssn to open an account so I proceeded back into the bank and told them I just spoke with someone and they told me I don’t need a car title so the lady in the bank proceeded to say well follow me and I will help you with your account and I told her no thank you I will take my business somewhere else.. this is why we need more black owned banks. I had made a review about this before and some how it got took down

  Google maps says open to 6:00 p.m. so I did my research, drove for quite a distance to get there before closing to find posted on the door that they close at 5:00 p.m. I realize this seems trivial to some, but I have an extremely busy schedule and was disappointed after realizing I now have to add coming here again and setting my Saturday schedule back.
