Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming—offering coffee, water, or assistance without hesitation. Their teamwork and positive attitudes were consistent across the board, creating a truly uplifting environment. The level of service here is top-tier and deserves recognition. During Employee Appreciation Week, it would be meaningful for Flagstar to consider showing gratitude with more than just food—perhaps a monetary bonus, a massage, or another thoughtful gesture that staff can truly benefit from. I did have all their names but missed placed it. 😭
