The lady who helped me was very professional, polite, and patient. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. Her name is Nancy It’s always nice to be helped by someone so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great customer service Nancy.

However, the representatives at the bank did not provide clear information about the available services, and fees, or help me select the right account type. This led to frustration, especially when I discovered that each domestic bank wire cost $95 and that the charges were not reflected on my statement until three months later. Recently, when I visited the branch to close my account, I had a positive experience with Melina Williams. She took the time to explain the different account options and made adjustments that better suited my needs. When I went back to my office, I checked the back of my bank statement; the domestic bank wire amounts were lower than what they charged, but I am still not happy with the bank’s hidden, twisted policy I have already I spent too much time on this issue, I have to focus on my business.
