The lady who helped me was very professional, polite, and patient. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. Her name is Nancy It’s always nice to be helped by someone so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great customer service Nancy.

Recently it seems that PNC was revamping its website and reconfiguring its online presence. The company did try to prepare PNC clients for the bumpy road ahead but, I’m here to tell you, there were several confusing changes without thorough explanation. I wasn’t in the mood to call the PNC helpline and decided to go to the PNC Bank on Orchard Lk. in Farmington. I was fortunate to meet Sabrina Kouassi, Asst. Branch Manager- very knowledgeable and patient and willing to guide me thru the PNC website changes. Ms. Kouassi is such an asset to the team at PNC. I was so frustrated when I originally walked into the branch and, after my meeting with Ms. Kouassi I feel comfortable trusting her leadership at PNC and I’ll remain a customer!

She said I couldn’t open account with my work ID and my passport and my temporary drivers license wasn’t going to work either. I needed a debit card. How can I open an account if I don’t have an account these women seriously need their attitude checked absolutely disgusting treatment I’ve never had a bank turn away my business .
