  As a service writer for a busy shop, I have found that Enterprise fleet management is getting more and more difficult to do business with. For example, if I have a large repair order(most are) I go through the very long process of itemizing every item with notes added for every item, I don't mind putting notes where necessary, but do we really need a note for things like washer fluid? Pick up and delivery of vehicle?(you can't go forward until notes are added) After submitting an RO for approval, it is taking hours to get looked at, when it is and there are questions, after they are answered and the work order is resubmitted, it goes to a different person, who adds their own questions that are usually different that the original persons, and the cycle continues, sometimes for more than a day or two. We ask for a call with questions instead of returning an RO with every...single...line declined for a few questions(why not decline the items that need attention only?) But no one will call, they used to but stopped. I have tried to call and ask the questions, but you can't get through to anyone who will help. It is the single worst process for keeping the mechanics moving that I have ever had to deal with. I told my biggest fleet we are thinking of not doing business with Enterprise, but they begged us to keep on doing it. HORRIBLE. I write this as I am awaiting someone to even look at an RO for$700 that was submitted 4 hours ago. HORRIBLE

  Beware if you have auto shop you value and sign up for this fleet management program for your fleet. They are not supporting small businesses by allowing them to sign up to be compliant vendor and will not allow your shop of choice to do repairs. Save your money and frustration and find a shop you trust rather than big corporations.

  My boy Anton got me right with with 2017 Dodge Durango G.T. At first I was a little worried but he assured me that everything is A1 & so far so good. Had my vehicle for a month. Still don't know if I need oil change yet 😆.
