- SSSkier1643Feb 6, 20261.0I’ve been a customer for a long time and have generally appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the ease of using the online banking platform. The interest rates on accounts have been lackluster unless you lock funds into a CD, but I stayed because I valued the relationship and convenience. Recently, I experienced fraud on my account where nearly half of my balance was removed in a single day. The bank’s security system did not flag, question, or block any of the fraudulent transactions. Because of this, I missed a planned vacation and had to spend hours at the branch trying to resolve a situation that was completely outside of my control. It was stressful and time-consuming. What was most disappointing is that no goodwill credit or any form of compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The situation was treated as if it were minor, but it had a significant impact on me.
