Went to use the mobile check deposit feature for the first time today, and upon reviewing the check they disabled my account? Says I have a secure message from them, but I need to be logged into the account that is currently locked out to view it. What a joke.

Guess they don’t check their messages. Apply for a loan, hustle around to get info to them. They say we will have a response either way in two days....week and half later I had to call to find out the outcome. A week later finally got a letter in the mail. Many more Inconviences, too many to list. Oh don’t order checks thru them. Been waiting for almost three weeks.
