  Needed a new debit card bc current one was acting up and they forgot to send it out so hubby went back in to ask what was going on and the teller CANCELED the current card without asking and will allegedly be sending a new one. How is it our local 3 branch credit union can print them same day but you guys don't have that ability when you're a chain?

  Just refinanced our home through a different lender and went to close multiple accounts and one account did not close and was charged multiple insufficient fund fees unnecessarily. Made multiple attempts to speak with branch manager and they were unwilling to remedy the issue or refund me any money. I urge you to go elsewhere for your banking needs as they certainly do not put the customer first!!

  Flagstar bought out Wells Fargo accounts in Michigan. I opened a new account with Wells Fargo. I was told the Flagstar account was closed. Instead, when I checked to find out where the money went that was in the account it had been “used up”by fees. Then they charged overdraft fees and sent it to collections.

  The ATM is absolutely horrible! The transactions take forever, and sometimes dont even work. Saying your transaction is complete even though you weren't even given the chance to put your pin in yet. Just garbage.
