What impressed me most was her proactive approach , she asked me questions I hadn’t even thought of, but that ended up being a huge benefit to me. This was true first-call resolution at its best. The level of customer service felt like red carpet treatment, and Felicia made what could have been a stressful situation smooth and effortless. She absolutely set the bar for what excellent service looks like , Felicia needs to be duplicated!

After an hour, I called Auburn Hills, and got an answer right away. Never got a call back from the Eastpointe branch. Service has gone down the tubes, big-time! I feel like I'm bothering them when I have to go in. So, I'll call the main Parda with questions, and go to the service center for anything else!
