  Been standing in line for almost 45min to cash a check. And the East Lansing/frandor location doesn't even cash checks if you aren't a member. Trash service. Trash bank. And they charge to cash checks written from their members. Disgusting company.

  This branch lacks customer service quality, especially Lucas. He told my wife one thing and myself a contradicting statement. I paid for two personal checks that my wife (also on the account) used and PNC honored one and rejected another because of an invalid signature (written for our rent). When my wife called he told her the bank was at fault and would cover late fees associated with the rejected payment. Lucas also said the bank would issue out the check to our leasing office, however two weeks have passed without the check being issued. When I called he told me he recommended to my wife to pick up a cashier's check and give that payment to our leasing office, and now the bank would not pay any late fee. Lucas called it an "unfortunate system error" when I spoke to him and refused to have PNC take any accountability. A complete lack of respect for clients and we will now be banking elsewhere.
