- RERyan EvasicJun 20, 20253.0Only leaving three stars do to my recent experience, banker failed to follow instructions on credit unions working process, and instead of calling my credit Union or asking for their contact information to follow up to make sure this large transfer was done properly just went ahead and assumed everything on her end was good, well today the wire transfer was reversed to do to a error made by PNC bank personnel and instead of simply apologizing and assuming responsibility said it was due to the “credit union’s instructions”. Which after sitting down with another PNC location I showed them and they seemed to have no issues with the procedures just the woman at the Dewitt location. So I have wasted over 6 hours driving to all different locations to collect the amount I needed to pay this loan off today before I get charged even more money. Simply put it’s a shame to see someone deflect any blame and blame instructions and not say they made a mistake but that’s ok. , in today’s world no one seems to want to take accountability. So lovely day off getting something completed they should have been done and verified the first time.
