- SSSafeand SoundMay 8, 20191.0Warning!! Do not use this atm!!! This machine ate up a credit card and would not give it back. Im not sure if it did this because it is a non-flag star bank credit card, but beware of using this atm! Called Flagstar customer service, Trevor, could not explain why this happened and suggested to cancel credit card.
- SASina AlmassiFeb 2, 20191.0ATM ate my debit card after the touch screen stopped working. So not only did I not get the money I was trying to pull out, I am unable to pull any money out until I can get a new card after the weekend. Oh an no people to answers the phone on the weekends so good luck getting any help.
