They just recently helped me resolve an identity theft issue, and I left the bank satisfied. I've had banking accounts in various banks since 1972. PNC 7 Mile has been a wealth of positive experiences and by far is the best one.

I must go to Livonia to resolve issues, like my account being hacked. It's a sorry state that PNC treats its urban customers this way
