They just recently helped me resolve an identity theft issue, and I left the bank satisfied. I've had banking accounts in various banks since 1972. PNC 7 Mile has been a wealth of positive experiences and by far is the best one.

- TPT ParksMar 25, 20221.0PNC is the slowest bank in the world. Customer service is nonexistent and debit card fees for purchases outside of the US are ridiculously high. One fee is more than I've earned in interest in 10 years......maybe more. Banks are pretty useless these days. Their only purpose is to make money by charging you for EVERYTHING!! I do most things online anyway so I'm closing my PNC account as soon as possible. I've already found something better. (Basically, ANYTHING is better than BEING CHEATED OUT OF YOUR OWN HARD-EARNED MONEY BY YOUR BANK!)
