PNC as a whole is decent. I know some fees are high. They were very good at checking on suspicious transactions on my account. ** Can't say I like the bank's policy to wait to credit accounts for ensured govt deposits. Most major name banks will go ahead and credit accounts once they receive deposit notice. As a whole, okay bank.

Title: Extremely Displeased with PNC Bank and Banker Cynthia I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with PNC Bank and their banker, Cynthia. To start, Cynthia failed to open my account correctly, leading to a series of frustrating events. After being called back in to re-establish the account, I went out of my way to rectify the situation as requested, only to have the account put on hold. Despite numerous assurances from Cynthia that the issues would be resolved, my account was eventually closed due to her negligence in handling the matter. This lack of accountability and professionalism on the part of Cynthia and her branch manager is unacceptable. In my attempts to address the situation, I had to interact with Cynthia on more than five occasions, each time met with empty promises and inadequate follow-through. The final straw came when I inquired about progress and was met with unprofessional and aggressive behavior from Cynthia, who essentially dismissed my concerns with a flippant attitude. As a result of this experience, I am deeply dissatisfied with PNC Bank as a whole. I had intended to establish accounts for all 20 of my businesses with PNC, but due to this appalling experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Cynthia's actions have left a very bitter taste in my mouth and have eroded any trust I may have had in PNC Bank. I strongly advise others to avoid this branch and consider alternative banking options. The lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Cynthia and the management reflects poorly on the entire organization. My confidence in PNC Bank has been shattered, and I am now seriously considering relocating all of my accounts to a different financial institution.

Only giving 5 stars so people can read it. I WOULD NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE FROM THE LGBTQ COMMUNITY. Went up their with my girlfriend, who is transgender, to cash her check. Was told EBT was not a valid form of identification after she realized my significant was a ts. Little did the ignorant teller know we were told by another PNC that it was. I couldn't believe that an African-American woman could be so hateful and persecute someone for being different. Needless to say we've put in a complaint with both the BBB and PNC higher ups. Such bigotry shouldn't be allowed in a professional business.
