  PNC as a whole is decent. I know some fees are high. They were very good at checking on suspicious transactions on my account. ** Can't say I like the bank's policy to wait to credit accounts for ensured govt deposits. Most major name banks will go ahead and credit accounts once they receive deposit notice. As a whole, okay bank.

  This is not a full service bank. If you need a teller go somewhere else.

  Every time I visit this particular pnc I cannot be serviced. Today really pushed it. You close at a certain time, yes, but you shut down your machines early. I go to pnc in the suburbs and I’m able to be serviced, their branch manager even stayed after their closing time to service me because there was a fraud attempt on my account and he genuinely cares and saw I needed help or some type of funds. I know it’s none of the employees concern but just try to help people in need. Money is essential especially on the weekend and we pay for a service; just be a little more helpful than oh well sorry everything’s down. Boot it up then! Two seconds to print a card would’ve really helped me in a major way today. **You never know what people are going through or just need** someone helping me today would’ve really meant a lot.
